Where Creativity Meets Healing—and Every Story Deserves to Be Heard

Autumn Allen doesn’t just listen—she helps you rewrite the narrative. With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through addiction, recovery, housing instability, and complex trauma, Autumn brings a rare blend of clinical depth and artistic intuition to her work. Her background spans both the mental health field and the arts community, where she’s been a vibrant force for more than two decades.

Autumn holds dual Master of Science degrees in Social Work (with a trauma concentration) and Child & Developmental Psychology. She is currently pursuing independent clinical licensure in New Hampshire, expanding her reach to offer even deeper support across the region.

Her approach is rooted in expressive arts and narrative therapy, helping clients explore the layers of their lived experience with creativity, courage, and care. Whether you’re navigating co-occurring disorders, substance use, or the lingering impact of trauma, Autumn offers a space where healing doesn’t have to be linear—and where your voice leads the way.

Autumn is especially passionate about working with military veterans and young adults, meeting them with grounded empathy and evidence-based strategies that honor both resilience and vulnerability. Her sessions are a place to:
  • Reclaim your story and reshape how it’s told
  • Explore healing through art, movement, and metaphor
  • Build emotional regulation tools that feel authentic and doable
  • Feel seen, not just treated—and supported without judgment
Clients describe Autumn as deeply attuned, refreshingly creative, and unwaveringly compassionate. Her work isn’t about fixing—it’s about witnessing, empowering, and walking beside you as you rediscover your strength.
