- We are intentionally inviting small, locally owned businesses that offer programs, services, or products specifically designed for individuals in the perimenopause and menopause years.
- This event is not a general wellness fair. It is a curated, midlife-focused experience created to support individuals navigating the emotional, physical, cognitive, and relational shifts that often accompany hormonal transitions. This fair is designed to normalize these experiences, reduce stigma, and connect our community with trusted, specialized local providers who truly understand this stage of life.
LifeBalance Contributions:
- We specialize in holistic, trauma-informed mental health care for adults and adolescents, and we see firsthand how perimenopause and menopause impact mood, anxiety, sleep, identity, relationships, work performance, and overall quality of life.
