Kerry Fitzpatrick, CMHC (She/Her) at LifeBalance Counseling
A Steady Guide for Youth, Families, and Anyone Ready to Grow
KFitzpatrick
Kerry Fitzpatrick brings over 25 years of experience supporting youth, families, and individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. Her work blends clinical expertise, coaching insight, and genuine care to create a calm, supportive space for meaningful growth.

Kerry is currently in the final phase of obtaining independent clinical licensure in New Hampshire. During this time, clients benefit from her extensive experience along with collaborative oversight from a senior licensed clinician, ensuring thoughtful, well-rounded care.

Her approach is grounded in humanistic–existential psychology and informed by evidence-based practices including CBT and DBT. Trained in Trauma-Responsive Care, Kerry supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges.

Kerry has a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults. As a longtime sports coach, she understands the pressures of performance, identity development, and resilience, helping young people build confidence and effective coping skills both on and off the field.
Clients working with Kerry can expect a nonjudgmental, collaborative process that honors strengths, supports families and systems, and focuses on lasting change—not quick fixes.
