Sarah O'Brien
Managing Broker
Sarah received her NH Real Estate Salesperson license in 2005 and was a full-time REALTOR® in her hometown of Berlin NH prior to her relocation to New Hampshire's Seacoast Region.  She also holds an Associate Broker license in the State of Maine. A true "people person," her favorite part of being a REALTOR® is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many people and help them realize their goals.  While all of the skills and knowledge employed in handling a real estate transaction are vital to success, she believes the first step in helping either a buyer or a seller is to first understand their wants, needs, and goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions, and of course – providing clear and honest answers to their questions.
