Carrie Alex has lived in the Rochester community for over 25 years, and grew up on the Seacoast. As founder and Principal broker of Alex & Associates Realty, her team of professionals hold licenses in NH, ME, and MA to help serve more clients in a broad area. Carrie Alex is rooted in the community and has been a well known face throughout the area, as she volunteers and participates in so many events and fundraisers, always helping others. As a breast cancer survivor during the 2020 pandemic, Carrie has devoted herself to helping other women all over New England with mindset coaching for healing and beating breast cancer. She also raises money and awareness for Breast Cancer foundations, and she participates in local committees that help with fundraising efforts for other non profits in the community.

Seacoast Oldies is a locally owned, independent radio station based in Sanford. We play timeless hits from the ’60s through the ’80s — including many songs you won’t hear anywhere else. Our primary focus is on community and sharing the stories of people living in Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire.

Our mission at Holidays on the Hill is to uplift low-income families, including those with special needs and veterans by providing meals, gifts, and assistance during special occasions and holidays.
