To organize and produce a gala dinner and awards event where members may unite socially as well as present the Chamber Business Leader of the Year and Rochester Citizen of the Year awards. Meetings are scheduled from November through April at 4:00pm as determined by the committee.
The Chamber Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and policy-making for the organization. They control the organization's property and are responsible for its finances and for the direction of its affairs. Chamber Directors are individually and collectively responsible to the Chamber membership.

The mission of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Council is to represent, monitor and advocate members concerns to local, regional, state and federal governmental organizations, on issues that affect the economic well-being and quality of life in the greater Rochester area.
To organize and produce the Annual Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony. The Holiday Parade is held the first Sunday in December of each year and the Tree Lighting Ceremony is held the Friday evening prior to the parade.
