More Than 7,000 Homes and Businesses Will Be Connected to America’s Smartest
Converged WiFi Network for the First Time
Comcast announced that construction is underway to connect more than 7,000 additional homes and businesses in Farmington, Milton and New Durham, New Hampshire to reliable, high-speed, symmetrical Internet from America’s smartest and most reliable converged network. Xfinity brings Internet, mobile, entertainment, and smart home services into one simple, seamless solution – giving customers more speed, savings, and control over their connected lives. Farmington, Milton and New Durham will join the more than 64 million homes and businesses nationwide with access to a network that fuels innovation, productivity, and everyday connection.

Residents can visit Xfinity.com/mytown and enter their addresses for additional details on construction timing and upcoming service availability. The project is expected to be completed in 2027. Comcast’s expansion to Farmington, Milton and New Durham is part of the company’s latest investment in Strafford County, which also includes expansions to Rochester and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
A portion of the Milton expansion is supported by the State of New Hampshire’s Broadband Matching Grant Initiative (BMGI), which funds broadband infrastructure projects aimed at delivering high-speed
Internet to unserved and underserved locations, where previously it was not geographically and economically feasible for providers to expand.
