Rochester Main Street, a nonprofit committed to the revitalization of downtown Rochester into a vibrant art, dining, shopping and entertainment district, has been selected as a beneficiary of the Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag Program for the month of May. For every blue Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag purchased at the Rochester Hannaford by the Lilac Mall, Rochester Main Street volunteers will receive a $1 donation in order to help fulfill its mission of downtown promotion, improvements, special events and small business assistance.
