HRCU Live Now Available in Dover
HRCU has announced that their new interactive teller machine (ITM) system, HRCU Live, is now open to the public at the drive-up of their newly renovated Dover branch. Unlike traditional ATM’s, this new teller machine allows most banking transactions to be done remotely through video chat with a teller in HRCU’s member support center.
“HRCU Live is a technology we have been excited about bringing to our members for a long time. We have worked hard to bring this innovative technology to our Dover branch and we are happy to report that HRCU Live is now ready to go,” said HRCU President & CEO Brian Hughes. “The Dover branch HRCU Live is the first such drive-up ITM system in the area and we are pleased to be at the forefront of introducing this cutting-edge technology to our community.”
To help familiarize members with the new ITM and ensure a positive experience using HRCU Live, an HRCU representative will be on-site at the drive-up during business hours for the next few weeks. Also, HRCU member support hours have been extended to give members even more time to complete transactions each day through HRCU Live. HRCU Live is available from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM. After hours, HRCU Live will still have the full functionality of a conventional deposit taking ATM.
A second HRCU Live unit is also now available in the lobby of the Rochester branch for members to conduct banking transactions during regular branch hours.
