When unmanaged or unresolved in the workplace, however, it can be disruptive and harmful to an organization’s operation, earnings, ability to attract talent, and future!

This interactive three-session seminar teaches participants the practical techniques and strategies for effectively managing and resolving conflict that is either obvious or simmering just beneath the surface of day-to-day interactions.

The Instructor:  Rosemary McDonald specializes in the development of people as valued resources for any organization. She has 35 + years of experience, as a business communication and leadership skills expert. Today, she continues her work as a consultant, coach, instructor, and trainer, throughout New England.  Rosemary holds a Master of Science Degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
