Conflict, unfortunately, is everywhere and inevitable. It is an integral part of the human condition. When unmanaged or unresolved in the workplace, however, it can be disruptive and harmful to an organization’s operation, earnings, ability to attract talent, and future!

This interactive three-session seminar teaches participants the practical techniques and strategies for effectively managing and resolving conflict that is either obvious or simmering just beneath the surface of day-to-day interactions.

The Instructor:  Rosemary McDonald specializes in the development of people as valued resources for any organization. She has 35 + years of experience, as a business communication and leadership skills expert. Today, she continues her work as a consultant, coach, instructor, and trainer, throughout New England.  Rosemary holds a Master of Science Degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
