Event Description:
The Chamber will begin hosting a weekly remote series, known as Community Connections to discuss various topics surrounding the COVID-19 situation.

Atlantic Broadband, this remote series will be held on Friday mornings from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.  Weekly programs will feature discussions with a panel of speakers who will provide information and answer questions on various business and community topics.

This series will begin on Friday, May 1, 2020 at 10:00 am, featuring a Financial Assistance for Small Business program.  The program will provide information to businesses on grant and loan programs available through the City, SBA, etc., the process on how to apply, what you need to prepare and more.  A brief economic development update will also be provided. 

The Panel of Speakers for this program include:
  • Michael Scala, Director of Economic Development-City of Rochester;
  • Jennifer Marsh, Economic Development Specialist-City of Rochester;
  • Paul Bergeron, Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer for First Seacoast Bank;
  • John Hall, Executive Vice President-Commercial Lending for Profile Bank; and
  • Warren Daniel, Seacoast Regional Director for the NH Small Business Development Center.
The panel will also answer questions submitted from businesses. Please submit questions that you may have for speakers when you register under "Questions for Speakers", or via email to events@rochesternh.org.  Questions will also be taken during the event through a chat window.
