Job Title: Member Services Specialist
Location: Rochester, NH (In-Person, Part-Time)

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local businesses and fostering a thriving community. We are seeking a proactive and professional Member Services Specialist to join our team and help educate and assist our members on the valuable benefits of Chamber membership.
Position Overview:
The Member Services Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our members have the resources and support they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent customer relations skills, and have experience in database management, digital marketing, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist Chamber members regarding the benefits of membership.
- Manage and update member information in the Chamber’s database.
- Support member engagement through digital marketing efforts and social media.
- Respond to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and assist with member events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
- Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week.
- Salary: Commensurate with experience.
- Location: In-person at our office in Rochester, NH.
