May 9, 2023 - Employee Engagement - this workshop will analyze employee engagement at every stage of the employee life cycle and provide tips and tools for fostering employee engagement.
May 19, 2023 - Leadership Basics - will provide new and tenured leaders with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders. We will compare different leadership styles, assess the essential qualities of a great leader, and discuss the differences between a manager and a leader.
These workshops will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 am, downstairs at the Granite Steak & Grill located at 17 Farmington Road in Rochester. Breakfast is included.
The cost to attend is $25/person per workshop.
