The Woodman Museum, a unique turn of the century style natural science, local history and art museum reopens for the 2014 season on April 2nd with many new exhibits. The 2014 special exhibition "Tintypes to Digital" celebrates 175 years of photography. Many rare and historic cameras are displayed with nineteenth century photographs.
The museum also opens with extended hours, Wednesday through Sunday opening at 10:00 am and closing at 5:00 pm. The Woodman displays collections in four historic homes including an original 1675 garrison house. The historic 1825 Keefe House is now available for small business breakfast meetings, evening wine & cheese events for clients, board meetings and seminars.
