Transition Fair at the Monarch School of New England
The Monarch School of New England is pleased to announce its second annual Transition Fair. This free event is designed to connect individuals with disabilities, their families, and the community with resources and organizations to help prepare for life after graduation. Vendors representing adult programs, area agencies, case management, advocacy, guardianship and work-based learning / vocational opportunities will be represented.
