Bereavement & Grief Support Group
Grief is a process. Our Bereavement & Grief Support Group helps families and their loved ones with the process of healing after the loss of a loved one. Cornerstone VNA will be hosting an 8-week Grief Support Group on Mondays for adults. The goal of the group is to help individuals cope with feelings of grief, loss and sadness in a safe and caring environment.
