8th Annual Father's Day 5K

Margaritas presents the 8th Annual Father’s Day 5K on Sunday, June 18th 2017. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to lace-up their sneakers and head to Margaritas in Dover for a day of fitness, fun and fiesta! This June event celebrates Men’s Health Month and invites the public to run and walk for the dads, brothers and sons who touch their lives. Proceeds will help local families struggling without insurance to gain access to quality healthcare through Goodwin Community Health. Margaritas will set the stage for this one of a kind family friendly 5K featuring Margarita’s style food, fun and party! Don’t forget to wear a necktie in honor of someone special or for fathers everywhere! After the race is a Margaritas-style party with prizes, music and breakfast burritos! The overall top male and female runner will win a $50 gift certificate to Runner’s Alley. The top male and female in the following categories will win a gift certificate to Philbrick’s Sports in Dover. 14 and under, 15-19 / 20-24 / 25-29 / 30-34 / 35-39 / 40-44 / 45-49 / 50-54 / 55-59 / 60-69 and 70+ Race Fee: Day of registration is $25 but advanced registration is only $20 and just $5 for children under twelve. The first 200 paid registrations (age 13+) receive a Free Race T-Shirt! We will do our best to match your size request, but we can’t guarantee it. Bib Pick-up: Pre-registered runners and walkers can pick-up registration packets at Margaritas in Dover on Saturday, June 17th from 11am—3pm or Sunday at 8:00am Missed Online Registration? Don’t worry! Registration will be open Saturday, June 17th from 11:00pm-3:00pm at Margaritas or Sunday at 8:00am. The race starts at 9:00am.
