18 Fore Autism 9th Annual Golf Tournament
Join friends of Community Partners on Saturday, July 12, 2014 for the 9th Annual Golf Tournament and Silent Auction "18 Fore Autism". All proceeds from this event will be donated to Community Partners' Autism Fund, a designated fund to help families facing the challenge of autism by providing them with resources for support and education. The 2013 event raised $5,000 for The Autism Fund and a total of $65,000 since the event's inception.
