This free workshop, organized by and hosted at the Children’s Museum of NH as part of their Wonder & Wellness Speaker Series, builds on parents’/caregivers’ understanding of children’s behavior by offering concrete, connection-focused strategies to foster their child’s confidence and cooperation. Parents and caregivers will learn practical tools to strengthen communication, nurture relationships, and support lifelong skills. Gina Apgar, LICSW is a clinical social worker with 20 years’ experience working with children and families in various roles including early education, home visiting, family support, healthcare, and advocacy. Pre-registration is required for these workshops, which include a simple pizza dinner (5–5:30pm), as well as limited free childcare for ages 4 and up (must use bathroom independently) for participating families during the speaker presentation (5:30–6:30pm). https://childrens-museum.org/programs/wonder-and-wellness/
