Human Resources ROI, LLC, was created on May 5, 2017, for the purpose of applying 20 years of Human Resources experience and 5 years of teaching experience into a business model to support the future growth and success of New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern MA-based organizations and individuals. Services include:
- Customized outsourcing for smaller employers who need an experienced HR professional to navigate people challenges from missing handbooks to problematic employees and for proactive people management from social media recruiting to engagement.
- Onsite and offsite interactive professional development for all employers on a wide variety of subjects, such as preventing a toxic workplace to making conflict work in your favor.
- Bi-monthly Breakfast Workshops series for learning and networking with other professionals, starting in July at the Portsmouth Sheraton and the Governor’s Inn in Rochester, with more locations & dates to be added soon. Space is limited, please sign up on www.hrroi.org.
