Rochester Opera House presents Teens Rock Rochester on May 18 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and will feature a family-friendly day of rock at the Rochester Opera House! Rocking Horse Studio and StopTime Productions presents five fantastic local bands with talented young musicians from ages eleven to seventeen. Each band gets a fifteen minute shot to rock their stuff on stage with a winner crowned at the end of the show. Showcasing their skills are Beat 4, Jam Patrol, As We Know It, Delightful Abode and One Free Pancake.
Come on out to cheer on your favorite band and vote for the best rockers of the day. Your vote determines the winner! The show culminates with a performance by the Oyster River Middle School Jazz Band.
Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased by calling the Box Office at 603-335-1992 or visiting on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and two hours before the show. The show is sponsored by TD Bank, Foster’s Daily Democrat and Albany International. Rochester Opera House is located in City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester NH. The season continues with the Corvettes Doo Wop Revue 5/18.
