Robert W. Drouin promoted to VP-Controller at Service Credit Union

Service Credit Union President/CEO David Van Rossum is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Robert W. Drouin as Vice President – Controller. He previously held the title of Controller.
“Bob has a wealth of experience in finance, accounting and auditing oversight,” said Van Rossum. “"I have the greatest confidence in his outstanding abilities, which he tirelessly demonstrates day after day.”

Drouin was the Chief Financial Officer at Commonwealth Community Bank in Hyde Park, MA. and VP-Controller at Northern Bank and Trust Company in Woburn, MA. as well as a staff and senior accountant auditing financial services at Wolf and Company P.C.  He is a member of the CUNA (Credit Union National Association) CFO Council and a member of the Innovation Committee for the CFO Council. 

As Service Credit Union’s VP-Controller, Drouin oversees accounting, finance, share draft, data analysis and payroll. His primary responsibilities include regulatory filings, financial statement prep and analysis. 

He holds a BS in Business Administration from Merrimack College with a concentration in accounting and an MS in Economic Crime Management from Utica College.
