Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) is pleased to announce that the lobby in their renovated Dover branch on Central Avenue is now open. The first phase of the branch renovation project, which began in December 2016, is now complete, allowing members to have full access to the enhanced branch lobby.
The two-stage renovation of the Dover branch is geared to bring a higher level of customer service and technology to HRCU members. The second phase of the project is scheduled to be completed this spring.
The focus of the newly opened lobby area is to upgrade the technology and provide exceptional service in a comfortable and modern office space. The traditional teller line has been removed and the lobby now features dialogue banking, transforming it to a relaxed, informal environment, where staff and members can engage easily with each other, providing enhanced one-on-one banking services. HRCU has added offices to the lobby and a new members’ lounge area to create a better experience at the Central Ave. branch.
As the second phase of construction continues, the focus will be on upgraded technology. A key aspect of the renovations is HRCU Live, a state of the art Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). While the drive-up area is renovated and ITM is being installed, the drive-up lane will be unavailable, and at times the ATM will be limited to foot traffic. Other phase two improvements to the branch include a conference room and employee breakroom.
“We are excited to be able to open our renovated lobby on Central Ave.,” said HRCU President & CEO Brian Hughes. “The changes will allow for an easier interaction and dialogue between the members and staff and the new technology will make the HRCU banking experience even better.”
“We really appreciate the member’s patience during this phase of renovation. The drive up will be out of service for a few weeks as we upgrade our technology, but our ATM will be operational. We look forward to bringing a new look and an improved experience to HRCU and downtown Dover.”
