Healthy Living
Want to lose weight? Feel fit? Have energy? Think positively? Be happier and more serene? Learn how to build a healthy lifestyle from the inside out with our “Healthy Living” class! Discuss a host of ideas from many sources and experts on how to eat well, exercise, relax, cultivate gratitude, accept life as it is, garner good social support, change your relationship with food...the possibilities are endless! Wednesdays, May 3 & 10, 6:00-8:00pm.

Meditation for Beginners
Learn how to relax your body and begin an exciting journey of self-discovery in “Meditation for Beginners”. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a pillow to sit on. Wednesdays, May 3-31, 6:30-8:00pm.

First Aid Certification
“First Aid Certification” will teach you how to recognize and help victims of medical and environmental emergencies and what to do if someone is injured. Subjects covered include, but are not limited to, allergic reactions, heart attack, stroke, seizures, breathing problems, diabetes, bleeding, bites and stings, and heat and cold emergencies (this course includes limited hands-on skills practice). Wednesday, May 3, 6:00-9:00pm.
