Get Fit for the Season! Summer Classes at Access
Summer is right around the corner, and we have some exciting fitness classes coming up! This is the last week for savings so don't delay!
This class will focus on improving your running and movement techniques. Coach Dan Randlett will help athletes increase their speeds using plyometric exercises and running/movement drills.
Session 1: June 19 – July 13
Session 2: July 17 – August 10
A 90-minute class, Fierce Athlete incorporates a mix of strength and agility-based drills. Athletes will learn how to execute sport-specific movements under the guidance of Coach Craig Favara.
June 19 – August 17
Mondays – Thursdays
7am - 8:30am
8:30am - 10am (this time slot is a beginner class)
10am - 11:30am
3:30pm - 5pm
