Federal Savings Bank Recognizes Employees

Federal Savings Bank recently recognized several employees for their service at the bank’s annual employee meeting held in February.
 
President and CEO, James J. O’Neill, Jr., thanked everyone for a very successful year that realized better than forecasted financial performance. “The Bank’s success is due primarily to the dedicated staff who work hard each day to reinforce FSB’s mission,” he remarked. President O’Neill kicked off the meeting by announcing the launch of a new program entitled “Casual for our Community.” Employees will be permitted to wear jeans to work on the first and last Friday of every month in return for a $5 donation each Friday. The money will be donated to local non-profit organizations voted on by the employees.
 
Employees recognized with 5-year service awards included: Matthew Fitch, Mary Henderson, David Keefe, Tiffany Melanson and Kelly Rees. Recognized for 10-years of service was Marjorie Mushorn; and Laura Dubay was recognized for 15 years of service.

 
Perfect attendance awards were presented to Mark Chagnon, Cassy Cox, Jason Dionne, Mary Ham, Jennifer Johns, Nicole LeFebvre, Esinna Navarro, Barbara Pitcher, Janet Woithe and Kimberly Zannini. President O’Neill also recognized the Bank’s United Way fundraising team for their efforts in helping FSB raise over $26,000 for the United Way of the Greater Seacoast.
 
Jennifer Stauffis was named Employee of the Year and awarded a weekend away for two, $100 restaurant gift certificate and a donation to a charity of her choice.

 
Special presentations took place to recognize retiring employees Theresa Hayes and Marjorie Mushorn. Both employees were thanked for their combined 27 years of service. 
 
According to President O’Neill, “FSB is fortunate to employ some of the region’s most experienced bankers. Our employees are without a doubt the Bank’s greatest asset and I’m proud to steward a group of such dedicated individuals.”

 
Employees enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner and FSB raffled off several prizes including a paid day off. President O’Neill offered in his closing remarks, “FSB is a special place to work and we have an important role to fill in our communities. We do a lot of great things locally and it’s important that this remains our top priority, as it is truly what sets us apart from our competitors.”
