May 20th marks thirty years that Cindy Blanchette has served as the Director of Emmanuel Child Care Center. Cindy has served countless children and their families as well as the entire Rochester community through her excellent work and tireless service. On behalf of everyone here at Emmanuel Church and Child Care Center and all those who have worked alongside her over the years, we celebrate Cindy's commitment and cherish her legacy of love. Congratulations Cindy!
