Dos Amigos Burritos has operated in Rochester, New Hampshire since August of 2010. In the past 4 years we have grown to love the Rochester community. Rochester residents, neighbors, local businesses, and community organizers have always treated us a true friends. In August of this year we were robbed. Thankfully all that was lost was a few dollars from our register. Our brave staff, although surprised and shaken, are safe and well. Instead of looking at things in a negative light we'd like to focus on the positive aspects of our town and give back to the people who do good things for our community. We believe that in order to make a positive change, we must take pride in our community, and thank the ones who make Rochester a better place to live. In August of this year we were robbed. At Dos Amigos, part of our mission is to be involved with the community, and one way that we do so is by hosting what we call "Community Days" on Wednesdays. On these days in October we will donate $1 for every burrito we sell and 50 cents for every taco to the local charity listed below. We will also have a number of other activities throughout the month as listed below.
Community Days
October 8th - Rochester Public Library
October 15th - St Charles Children’s Home
October 22nd – Spaulding High School class of 2017
October 29th - PeopleCare
October Festival October 11th – As part of the Rochester Main Street event we will be painting pumpkins and giving away free books to local children
Downtown Trick or Treating October 24th - As part of the Rochester Main Street event we will be handing out free candy to local children
Community Caring Chalk board – Throughout the month we will be maintaining a chalk board at our restaurant were customers will be encourage to write what they love about living, working or visiting Rochester.
Community Food Drive – We will offer a 10 % discount to customers who bring in a non perishable item. Food collected will then be donated to Share Fund food pantry.
Random acts of kindness - Throughout the month Dos Amigos staff will be performing random acts of kindness with food giveaways and discounts.
