DESCRIPTION:Planning for life after graduation from school is challenging for anyone\, but especially for individuals with disabilities and their families. The Transition Fair brings together organizations\, speakers and resources on a variety of important topics such as work\, transitional planning\, and partnerships to help ease the planning for\, and transition to adulthood.\nThe event will be held from 9-12 at the MSNE Regional High School & Vocational Center\, at 13 Monarch Way\, in Rochester\, NH.  Area school district representatives\, community members\, and all students with special needs and their families are invited to attend.
