One Entry Per Child\n\nEach child may submit only one coloring page.\n\n \n\n\n\n6. Allowed Materials\n\nKids can use any art or craft materials they choose. Glitter\, glue\, stickers\, sequins\, cotton\, ribbon\, pom poms\, paint\, markers\, crayons\, and raised decorations are all allowed. Use your imagination.\n\n \n\n\n\n7. Child Information\n\nThe bottom of the page must include the child's first name and age on the "Colored by" line. A parent or guardian should add their name and phone number on the back for contact if the child wins.\n\n \n\n\n\n8. Judging\n\nEntries will be judged on creativity\, effort\, and overall festive presentation. Judges decisions are final.\n\n \n\n\n\n9.
