DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE THE PARADE HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO MONDAY\, DECEMBER 4 @ 6:00PM\n\nFor information\, e-mail: events@rochesternh.org\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce will present the annual Holiday Parade on Monday\, December 4\, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.\n\nMany thanks to parade Underwriter Service Credit Union and all of our sponsors and donors (to date) that are shown below who will help make this year's Holiday Parade a success!\n\nThe Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce has been organizing and presenting Rochester's annual Holiday Parade since the mid-1980's. The Rochester Holiday Parade is one of the largest holiday parades in the state. This year's Parade is being underwritten by Service Credit Union. Our thanks to them for their generosity to this annual holiday tradition.\n\nThe official theme of this year's parade is "A Polar Express Christmas". The parade will begin at the triangle by the R.W. Creteau Regional Technology Center\, travel south on Wakefield Street\, turn onto Union Street and then turn south on North Main Street and proceed through South Main Street\, disbanding around the Rochester Commons.\n\n \n\nJudging of floats will be done for "Best of Parade"\, Second Place and Third Place\, and plaques will be awarded. Floats are judged on creativity\, craftsmanship\, theme and overall appearance. \n\n \n\nThere will be various bands spread throughout the parade. Various marching groups and entertainment are invited to participate in the parade each year.
